We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

VoicemailGenerator.org provides an AI-powered online tool that:

• Accepts a text script from the user.
• Synthesises the text using neural text-to-speech technology.
• Optionally mixes the synthesised voice with background music.
• Delivers the result as a 48 kHz stereo MP3 file for use as a telephone voicemail greeting.

• All purchases are one-time payments — no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
• Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You may pay with a PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card — no PayPal account required.
• You will receive a download link immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Prices are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Upon completing a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the delivered MP3 file as a telephone voicemail greeting or phone system announcement for personal or commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and all content (other than your submitted script text) remain the intellectual property of VoicemailGenerator.org. You retain ownership of the script text you submit.

Because our product is a digitally delivered file, we generally do not issue refunds once the watermark-free file has been downloaded. However:

• If the generated file contains a technical error (wrong voice applied, audio corrupted), we will regenerate the file at no charge or issue a full refund.
• If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality, contact us within 14 days of purchase — we will regenerate or refund at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted via the contact page with your PayPal order reference.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Impersonates another person or organisation in a deceptive or fraudulent manner.
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right belonging to a third party.
• Is intended to deceive recipients in a way that violates consumer protection or telecommunications law in your jurisdiction.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoicemailGenerator.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will endeavour to provide more prominent notice.
